Frequently Asked Questions

  • We will arrive 60 to 120 minutes before your hire start time to set up, depending on the selected package. If your venue has specific requirements, please let us know.

  • We generally require an 8×8 feet space for the setup, which includes a backdrop, photo booth machine, and a table featuring our premium props.

  • Our Photo Booth require a standard 240v socket, preferably within 5 metres of the booths location but we will bring extension leads just in case.

  • Absolutely! We provide both digital and print options for most services. Enjoy instant photo printing or share your memories digitally through Text, Email, Airdrop, or a downloadable gallery—whatever suits your preference best!

  • We’re excited to share that we carry Professional Liability insurance, and all our essential equipment is PLI tested with certificates! If you’d like, we can happily send these directly to your venue.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

  • To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due at least 30 days prior to your event. If you prefer, full payment can be made upfront. For events occurring within 30 days of booking, we kindly ask for full payment to confirm your reservation. Thank you for understanding!

  • The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your booking within 30 days of the event date, you must pay the full amount.
